Identyti.com is a platform to provide solopreneurs, sellers, artists, professionals to create their online brand in the form of website, mobile & APP. Identyti.com is an easy-to-use self-serve platform for anyone to come identify the offerings, choose a package and subscribe. As of now, identyti.com has 3 packages:

1. Basic
1. Subscription: Free for 1st year & 5k per year (after first year)
2. Transaction Commission of 8% on your own site (this includes payment gateway cost for both domestic & international)
3. Transaction Commission of 10% if the product or event etc was sold externally either on identyti’s other portals or re-sellers. This is more like an affiliate commission.
2. Starter
1. Subscription: 20k per year
2. Transaction Commission of 5% on your own site (this includes payment gateway cost for both domestic & international)
3. Transaction Commission of 8% if the product or event etc was sold externally either on identyti’s other portals or re-sellers. This is more like an affiliate commission.
3. Premium
1. Subscription: 50k per year
2. Transaction Commission of 4% on your own site (this includes payment gateway cost for both domestic & international)
3. Transaction Commission of 8% if the product or event etc was sold externally either on identyti’s other portals or re-sellers. This is more like an affiliate commission.

Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you might have bought the subscription under certain assumption but then for known or unknown reason choose not to move forward. It is for this reason, if you request for the cancellation & refund of subscription amount within 5 days of transaction (this includes the transaction day), we will refund the same (minus payment gateway & tax) - no questions asked. But after 5 days, there won't be any refund. For cancellation & refund request, please drop an email to hello@identyti.com and share your email and other details for verification, post which we will initiate the cancellation and refund the money within 7-10 working days.
